The Problem

Nigeria has an abundance of idle arable land, yet millions of unemployed youth are struggling to find meaningful opportunities. Agro Volunteers Network bridges this gap by giving youth ownership of the future they help create.

The Solution

By enlisting unemployed youth as Farm Rangers, we transform unused land into thriving palm estates. In exchange for their time and effort, Farm Rangers receive equity stakes in the farm's future profits

How It Works

First step

Register as a farm ranger

Volunteers between 18 and 35 can apply to join the program, committing to 4 days a week for 6 months.

Second step

Farm Ranger Training & Documentation

All Farm Rangers receive training in agricultural skills, agro estate management, and are documented in the system, ensuring their sweat equity is legally protected through binding legal contracts.

Third step

Transforming the Land

Farm Rangers help plant, maintain, and cultivate palm estates on the hectares of allocated land, contributing to the long-term success of the project.

Fourth step

Reap the Rewards

After the palms mature on the fourth year, profits from farm production are distributed to Farm Rangers based on their 20% equity share.
